Open Meta Trader 4 in PC
Open File>Open Data Folder>Open MQL4>Open Indicators
and paste this indicator into the Indicators folder.

In the same way, if you want to copy-paste a template into MT4, Go to File>Open Data Folder>Open Templates> and paste the desired Template in the Template folder.
